This workshop explores nonprofit board governance topics in depth, including the financial responsibilities of nonprofit boards, the challenge of building board capacity to support organizational growth, and strategic planning.
She’s on Board helps explain the nonprofit board experience and prepares leaders with best and emerging practices that they can use right away. The confidence that comes from knowing what those practices are enables leaders to make an immediate impact when serving as a member of a nonprofit’s Board of Directors. You’ll make great connections and learn how to offer your significant leadership ability to make our community a better place.
*** This training is designed for women who attended the She's on Board training in June 2018 or 2019 (or a similar program) and have a basic knowledge of Board process and legal responsibilities.
